Michael Kostenbader is an Enterprise Architect and business development leader, specializing in IT strategy and cloud solutions. At Unisys, he leads enterprise IT transformation for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, optimizing service delivery. Previously, he managed a $600M compute services contract and secured multi-million-dollar deals in pharma and biotech. He holds a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from Kutztown University. His expertise in cloud adoption, vendor management, and IT modernization makes him a key player in public and private sector technology strategy.
